From application to practitioner badge — a clear path in four stages.
Fill in a short application about your background, target role, and weekly availability. We place you in a compatible accountability pod and cohort track within two weeks.
Your pod meets every week (30 min, async-friendly). Share wins, blockers, and commitments. A WonderLead community manager facilitates the first four sessions.
Choose a live WonderLead project sprint (4–8 weeks). You contribute voluntarily in your target discipline, receive structured feedback, and document your output for your portfolio.
Complete your sprint and a reflection review to earn your WonderLead Practitioner badge, a LinkedIn-shareable certificate, and an optional letter of recommendation from the Founder.

📌 Your work, your IP. All projects and artefacts you create during the programme belong to you — they are learning exercises for your portfolio, not work produced for WonderLead's benefit. WonderLead may request your written consent to use anonymised outputs for educational demonstration purposes only.
Academy participants sign a Student Enrolment Agreement covering programme terms, data protection (GDPR/LOPDGDD), intellectual property (you keep all your work), and confidentiality. It establishes a clear educational services relationship — not employment, not volunteering.
