The Student Enrolment Agreement

Academy participants sign a Student Enrolment Agreement covering programme terms, data protection (GDPR/LOPDGDD), intellectual property (you keep all your work), and confidentiality. It establishes a clear educational services relationship — not employment, not volunteering.

Do I need any prior experience to join?
No. Academy is designed for people actively transitioning — not people who have already arrived. All that is required is clear intent, a target direction, and willingness to show up weekly for your pod.
How much does the Academy cost?
Academy Standard (12-week programme, accountability pod, certificate, RePLAN) is €297. The Academy + Practitioner Track (adds portfolio project mentoring, practitioner badge, and optional letter of recommendation) is €497. Employer-sponsored and scholarship places are available — contact us if cost is a barrier. University students may be eligible for prácticas académicas with no tuition cost through a university partnership.
How much time do I need to commit?
The Accountability track requires roughly 1–2 hours per week (pod check-in + your own work). The Practitioner track is 4–8 hours per week during your sprint. Both are flexible and you decide your own pace — there are no fixed deadlines or mandatory deliverables.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
Graduates move into the WonderLead alumni community. Many join a second cohort in a different discipline or become pod facilitators for incoming participants. You keep your practitioner badge and portfolio artefacts permanently.
Can I do both tracks simultaneously?
Yes — and many members do. The Accountability pod provides weekly momentum; the Practitioner sprint provides the practical work. They complement each other well. We do recommend being in a steady routine before starting the practitioner sprint (usually from week 3 onward).
What disciplines are available for practitioner sprints?
Current open sprint tracks include: Product Management, UX Research & Design, Content & Community Strategy, Growth & Analytics, and Curriculum & Workshop Design. Sprints are offered on a rolling cohort basis — availability depends on WonderLead project needs.
Is there a WonderLead membership plan I need to purchase?
Academy has its own pricing (€297 Standard / €497 Practitioner) and does not require a separate WonderLead Core or Elite subscription. Academy enrolment includes RePLAN app access for the programme duration. Members on Core or Elite membership plans get a discount on Academy enrolment — contact us for the code.
