Parties
These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between WonderLead (“Provider”), operated by Patricia Juarez (patri@develagora.com), and the individual completing enrolment (“Participant”).
By completing registration for the WonderLead Practitioner Programme, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Programme Description
The WonderLead Practitioner Programme is a 12-week cohort-based educational service. Participants join a cross-functional pod to build a real product launch plan, applying industry-standard methodology (Working Backwards / PRFAQ) under coaching guidance from Patricia Juarez.
Participants are matched to roles within their pod (for example PM, Engineer, Designer, UX Researcher, Strategist, or TPM). Team setup and role assignment begin after registration; role priority for pod placement is higher for participants who apply before the founding-price deadline published on the programme sales page.
Participation in the programme does not constitute employment, internship, volunteering, or any form of labour relationship with WonderLead or any affiliated entity. Participants are students of an educational service. No employment contract, stipend, or remuneration is created by these Terms.
Tuition and Payments
Tuition tiers and prices are published on the programme sales page at the time of enrolment. The prices below apply to Cohort 2 (2026) and illustrate how founding and standard pricing work.
- Standard tier: €490 founding price through Sunday, 9 August 2026; €590 from Monday, 10 August 2026; indicative Cohort 3 list price €990
- Leadership Track: €690 founding price through Sunday, 9 August 2026; €790 from Monday, 10 August 2026; indicative Cohort 3 list price €1,290
- Role Transition: €1,190 (includes Standard or Leadership Track programme access plus six private 1:1 coaching sessions; subject to fit confirmation on a short call before enrolment is confirmed)
- Mentor access: Free for approved senior practitioners who commit to mentoring responsibilities described at registration
Founding price: The founding price is a time-limited rate for the cohort named on the sales page. It does not close enrolment; after the founding-price deadline, enrolment may remain open at the higher rate, with lower priority for preferred pod roles.
Participant feedback: Paid Cohort 2 participants commit to a minimum of 10 minutes of structured weekly feedback throughout the programme (setup week plus 10 sprints at standard pace, or 5 sprint weeks if the pod runs intensive). Giving and receiving feedback is part of the EQ and leadership practice: feedback for colleagues on the work, and feedback for the programme through interviews, surveys, and written notes on course materials, curriculum, and tools.
Instalments: Standard and Leadership Track tuition is available in 3 time-triggered monthly payments. Instalment amounts are shown at registration for the applicable price tier. Instalment timing is calendar-based and is not linked to any employment outcome or milestone.
Referral codes: Valid alumni referral codes apply a €20 discount to the Participant’s tuition at checkout. The referring party receives €20 in WonderLead credit upon the referred Participant’s successful enrolment.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. WonderLead does not store full card or bank details.
Intellectual Property
All work, artefacts, designs, documents, prototypes, analyses, and deliverables created by the Participant during the programme are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Participant.
WonderLead acquires no commercial rights, ownership, licence, or interest of any kind over Participant work, whether created individually or in collaboration with other Participants during the cohort.
Participants may freely publish, share, commercialise, and use their work in any context, including but not limited to: job applications, portfolio websites, LinkedIn, conference presentations, and commercial ventures.
Standard Project Briefs: Voluntary Royalty Clause
WonderLead provides three curated problem briefs as learning scaffolding for Participants who do not propose a custom project: AI Marketing CRM, AI Recruiter, and Travel Planner.
If a Participant who used a standard WonderLead problem brief subsequently commercialises a product based on that brief, they are invited, but never required, to contribute a voluntary royalty of 2–5% of net revenue for the first 12 months of commercial operation. This contribution would fund WonderLead’s scholarship programme.
- This clause creates no legal obligation or enforceable debt of any kind.
- It does not affect the Participant’s full IP ownership as described in Section 4.
- It does not apply to custom projects proposed by the Participant (see Section 6).
- It is governed by the Participant’s conscience and community spirit, not by law.
Custom Project Approval
Participants who wish to work on a custom project (outside the three standard briefs) must submit a project description at the time of registration using the designated field on the application form.
WonderLead reserves the right to approve, request modification of, or decline custom projects that fall outside the programme’s defined learning scope or WonderLead’s coaching expertise.
Enrolment for custom-project applicants is confirmed only upon written project approval, which will be communicated within 5 business days of registration. During this review period, no payment is collected.
If a custom project is declined and the Participant does not wish to proceed with a standard brief, a 100% refund is provided regardless of timing.
Attribution
Participants are encouraged to reference their programme participation on professional profiles and in job applications. The accurate description is:
“WonderLead Academy, Practitioner Programme, [Year]. An independent portfolio project completed as part of a 12-week career development programme; work was not performed under WonderLead employment.”
Participants must not:
- Claim employment at WonderLead or any WonderLead-affiliated entity
- Represent that they used WonderLead’s internal systems, proprietary tools, or production infrastructure
- Hold themselves out as a WonderLead representative, employee, or contractor
Confidentiality (NDA)
Participant agrees to keep non-public WonderLead product information confidential for a period of 2 years from the programme end date. Non-public information includes: unreleased product features, roadmap details, and internal metrics shared during coaching sessions.
This confidentiality obligation does not restrict the Participant from:
- Sharing, publishing, or commercialising their own portfolio artefacts
- Discussing their general experience of the programme
- Describing the programme’s methodology and frameworks (which are publicly documented)
No non-compete restriction of any kind applies to Participants. Participants are free to work on competing products, start companies, or join competing organisations.
Refund Policy
- Through end of Week 2: 100% refund
- Weeks 3–4: 50% refund
- Week 5 onwards: No refund
- Custom project declined (Section 6): 100% refund regardless of timing
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to patri@develagora.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected during registration and programme delivery is processed solely to deliver the programme and issue the completion certificate. WonderLead complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Participants have full GDPR rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their personal data. Data is not shared with third parties (including employers) without the Participant’s explicit written consent.
Full details of data processing practices are set out in the WonderLead Privacy Policy. Contact: patri@develagora.com.
No Outcome Guarantee
WonderLead provides education, methodology, community access, and coaching. The programme is designed to give Participants the tools, portfolio artefacts, and practical experience needed to pursue roles in tech.
Employment outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, prior experience, and factors outside WonderLead’s control. No job placement, interview guarantee, or employment outcome is guaranteed or implied by completing this programme.
Governing Terms
These Terms are intended to be clear, fair, and interpreted in good faith by both parties. In the event of any dispute or question regarding these Terms, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first through direct communication.
For any questions about these Terms, contact: patri@develagora.com.
