Before you book anything
Take the free checklist — ten moves, work email for the pack
WonderLead for Companies

Your team has the tools.
Now help them actually use them.

Licenses are easy. Adoption is the hard part, and it is a human one. We help your people move from quiet resistance to shared, confident AI practice. Every role, technical and not, on work time, without the fear.

Built from a nine-month programme at AWS Berlin. Humans first, hype never.

Her ability to connect people, encourage curiosity, and create psychological safety around learning new technologies had real impact on AI literacy and adoption.

Before you book anything, take the checklist.

The ten moves, in the order you make them, on one page. It is the method we run with teams, written down so you can try it yourself first.

The complete Human-First AI Adoption Checklist — ten moves, what to say, and the red flags.

Work email. You get the checklist, the spread story, and the measurement graph. If it works on its own, use it and don’t book anything. If it shows you a gap you don’t want to close alone, that’s what the conversation is for.

The use case

This is not a hypothetical. This is AWS Berlin.

The Team Programme is the same sequence, written down so other companies can run it. Start with the story, then take the checklist if you want the moves.

How optional AI practice spread from one organisation to three at AWS Berlin over nine months.
Case study · 9 months

Nobody was asked to join.

Every session was optional, inside working hours, and no individual’s AI usage was ever tracked. One team became seven. Seven became three organisations sharing a floor.

II What we do differently

We change how teams work together, not just which tools they open.

Most enablement fails because it leads with technology and skips the humans. We start where adoption actually happens: in one person’s daily habits, and in a team’s shared sense that it is safe to be a learner.

01

Safety before skill

People won’t learn something they’re afraid to be bad at in public. We make experimentation safe first: voluntary, no usage tracking, failures shared openly. The skill follows fast once the fear is gone.

02

Every role included

AI helps every function, and your non-technical people often need the most support while bringing the most useful insight. Role-specific use cases, real work, no one left behind.

03

Ship with AI, not just prompt it

Teams build on their own real work using AI in the actual workflow, so the habit survives past the novelty and shows up in what they deliver.

III How it runs

A cohort that learns by shipping.

We bring your people together in a facilitated cohort, on work time, building with AI on tasks that matter to your business. Honest reviews replace polished demos. By the end, adoption is simply how the team works.

  • ✦Facilitated team sessions on a weekly rhythm, run during working hours
  • ✦Your real work as the material, never fictional exercises
  • ✦Honest review culture where failures are the content, not a risk
  • ✦Behaviour-first measurement that proves progress without punishing people

Patricia Juárez

Founder, WonderLead. 17+ years in tech, 9 at Amazon in Berlin, where she led engineering teams and ran the AI adoption programme this method comes from.

Nine months. Seven teams, then three organisations sharing a floor in Berlin — Party Rock, AWS Console Platform, AWS UX. Different products, same problem. It ended with the findings handed to AWS’s senior principal for AI literacy, who adopted the approach.

She built WonderLead to bring that method to other companies: a practical way to get real people to change how they work, drawn from having actually done it.

“

She single-handedly created an environment where we could safely explore, experiment, and adopt cutting-edge technologies — and actively helped her peers understand how to integrate AI into their daily workflows.

Kamil Bladoszewski
SDE II, AWS
“

She led a large AI learning series across multiple teams — well organised, with regular guests, demos, and practical examples. It created a useful space for people to learn, ask questions, and see what others were building.
